SPINA HKP-1000 (Spinning oil for polypropylene filament)

Spin finish for polypropylene filament yarns. SPINA HKP-1000 is designed for textured filament yarn as well as non-textured, fully drawn filament yarn.

SPINA HKP-1000 is the spinning oil agent manufactured as derivative of nonion sulfactant, Which is superior in condensing property and antistatic property,and prevents origination of fur and end breakage.

Also,it is superior in lubrication and heat resistance and dispersit and is very stable emulsion,which is dissolved in water transparently.

 APPLICATION

- Aqueous emulsion of SPINA HKP-1000 is prepared by stirring the oil into demineralized water at 20-30℃.

- TThe concentration of emulsion varies according to equirements,but 15-25% active emulsion in general are applied to the undrawn filaments at the spinning process.

- Oil pick-up on the fiber in general : 0.8～2.0%.
